Redline Underwriting, a Lloyd’s coverholder specialty underwriting firm, has announced the launch of its General Aviation Insurance solution, developed in collaboration with Allianz Commercial from their UK region.
This new offering, designed specifically for the Latin American and Caribbean markets, will provide comprehensive coverage for private, pleasure, and business fixed and rotor wing aircraft.
Catering exclusively to operations in Latin America and the Caribbean, this new product will utilise Redline’s extensive distribution network and cutting-edge technology. This will allow for accurate underwriting based on essential data, while also meeting the specific needs of small and medium-sized aircraft operators in these regions.
Juan Salazar, Managing Director of Redline Underwriting, commented: “This launch is a significant milestone as we continue to deliver bespoke solutions to underserved aviation markets. Latin America and the Caribbean represent vibrant and growing aviation sectors with tremendous potential.
“Through our collaboration with Allianz Commercial, we are excited to combine cutting-edge underwriting technology with strategic distribution to provide innovative, reliable insurance products that meet the needs of this region.”
Redline’s new General Aviation solution will be available for underwriting from January 1, 2025, marking a new chapter for the company as it strengthens its presence in the aviation sector.
