PwC has announced the appointment of Hugh Man as a Partner in its Corporate Finance team, based in the company’s London office.
In his new role, Man will focus on M&A and capital raising in the insurance sector, further strengthening PwC’s established presence in this field.
Man brings 20 years of experience in the insurance and financial services industries. He joins PwC from Jefferies, where he served as Managing Director and Head of EMEA Insurance, acting as the lead financial M&A advisor to clients across life and pensions, non-life insurance, reinsurance, as well as distribution and services.
Prior to that, Man spent five years at Credit Suisse in a similar role and previously held positions at Fosun, UBS Investment Bank, and Deutsche Bank.
