Global broking business, Brokerslink, has announced the appointment of Youness Rhallam as President and Patrick Verlinden as Vice-President to its Advisory Board.
Rhallam is the CEO of Moroccan brokerage firm Alpha Assurances, and Verlinden is CEO of Belgian broker Van Dessel Insurance Brokers.
The Advisory Board unanimously confirmed the nominations, marking a new chapter of strategic oversight and collaboration within Brokerslink, the firm stated.
José Manuel Fonseca, President and CEO, clarified the roles of Brokerslink’s governing bodies during the elections. He emphasized that the Board of Directors makes operational and executive decisions, shaping the company’s strategy.
The Advisory Board acts in a consultative role, offering guidance and supporting Brokerslink’s overall vision.
Commenting on his appointment Rhallam said: “It is an honour to serve as President. We must strengthen communication between the Advisory Board and the Board of Directors whilst increasing the quality and frequency of feedback and proposals.”
The addition of Rhallam and Verlinden to Brokerslink’s leadership team, the firm highlighted, signals a continued “commitment to collaboration, innovation, and excellence in the global brokerage industry.”
