05/23/2025 by Linda

Global insurance and reinsurance broker Aon has announced the appointment of Luke Reeve-Tucker as head of facultative reinsurance for Latin America, effective May 27, 2025.

In this expanded role, he will continue to lead Caribbean facultative reinsurance and will be responsible for overseeing strategy, client engagement, and solution development across both regions.

Reeve-Tucker will leverage his leadership skills, market relationships, and deep expertise in the facultative sector to drive the growth of Aon’s regional facultative reinsurance platforms.

He will continue to be based in Miami and report to Steve Bonifacio, CEO for Caribbean reinsurance at Aon, while collaborating closely with Paula Ferreira, CEO for Latin America reinsurance at Aon, and Andrew Laing, global head of facultative reinsurance at Aon.

Commenting on Reeve-Tucker’s promotion, Laing said: “Luke is a proven and respected leader in this space, and we are delighted that he has accepted this expanded role to also lead our Latin America facultative reinsurance operations.
