Amynta Group, an insurance services provider, has announced it is combining its underwriting units, Oryx Insurance Brokerage (Oryx) and Total Program Management (TPM), to create a fully integrated healthcare practice.
The combined business will operate as Oryx Healthcare, leveraging the company’s underwriting solutions with a broader offering to serve the needs of Amyta’s agent and broker partners.
Oryx’s market position in construction and manufacturing will be strengthened by the integration of Oryx Healthcare.
Tom Pasquale will remain President and CEO, while Kevin Mordarski will head Oryx Healthcare as its practice leader, focusing on expanding product and geographic opportunities.
Oryx Healthcare has been designed to address a wide spectrum of risk management services to middle market healthcare organisations.
It will offer an extensive range of insurance products and services on a single platform to serve the needs of the healthcare market, including allied health, long-term care, social service and senior care services.
