Property & casualty (P&C) insurer The Hartford and Coalition, a cyber insurer, have entered into a strategic, long-term capacity partnership to combat the growing customer and broker demand for Coalition’s Active Cyber Insurance approach in the UK market.
Coalition’s Active Cyber Insurance offering is designed to help organisations spot, mitigate, and respond to emerging cyber threats.
It also provides policyholders with access to cybersecurity tools that can help them better understand their risks, strengthen their defences, and prevent future attacks.
Recently, Coalition has launched its suite of Active Cyber Insurance products in Germany, through its subsidiary Coalition Insurance Solutions GmbH.
As per the agreement, The Hartford is assuming a quota share of Coalition’s UK cyber programme, and the insurance provider’s existing capacity partner relationships.
