Aon has announced the appointments of Raghav Arora, Prasanna Kumar, and Preeti D’Silva to its commercial risk sales division in India.
Raghav Arora has been named Regional Head, Commercial Risk Sales – North, and Head, Asia Global Solutions at Aon India.
Arora brings over 21 years of experience in institutional business development, key account management, and channel management.
He joins Aon from Marsh India, where he spent the past decade, most recently as Sales Leader – India Client Service (ICS), responsible for new business development for ICS on a pan India basis. Prior to that, he held senior roles at HDFC Ergo and Chola MS.
Prasanna Kumar has been appointed as the Regional Head, Commercial Risk Sales – South and Growth Leader – Surety Business for Aon India.
Since joining Aon five years ago and co-heading the Financial Services & Professions Group (FSPG), Kumar has played a key role in driving the company’s liability business and expanding its presence across multiple product lines.
Previously, he served as Associate Partner at JLT Group and spent nearly five years at Marsh, most recently as Senior Relationship Manager.
Preeti D’Silva has joined Aon India as the Regional Head – Commercial Risk Sales for the West region.
She brings over 24 years of experience in the insurance industry, with expertise spanning business strategy, channel development, commercial lines, and leading high-performing teams.
Prior to joining Aon, she held senior leadership roles at Zurich Kotak General Insurance, Digit Insurance, Tata AIG, and other leading national insurers.
